Humpback and Gray Whales annual migration begins in November when the whales come to mate and give birth in the warm, shallow lagoons of Baja California. Humpbacks arrive in November and can be observed playfully breaching and lob-tailing often. The Gray whale migration peaks January - March. They are famous for spy-hopping (popping their heads out of the water) to have a look around. Our experienced captains know how to spot the whales and get you close enough without disturbing their migration and swimming lessons for their calves. Marine Biologist for a Day/ Night

Ever wonder what a day in the life of a Marine Biologist is like ? Midnight Nest Rescue Go on a midnight run to find and relocate endangered sea turtle nests! You'll learn how to identify nests and assist Biologists in relocating nests to the Incubation Greenhouse. Dates Available : October 15- December 15 Arrival time: 11:00pm Duration: 3-4 hours Nursery Watch (& Hatchling Release) Monitor actively hatching nests inside the greenhouse and care for hatchlings until their release. Dates Available: December 10- March 20 Arrival time: 10:00am Duration: 4-5 hours Hatchling Release Learn to clean and inventory sea turtle nests, care for hatchlings and prepare for release. Hatchling Release: December 10-March 20 Arrival time: 5:00pm (December), 5:30 (Jan-Mar) Duration: 2-3 hours Contribution to Turtle Camp included $75 usd per person Reserve Below with a $25 deposit.
