Whales in Todos Santos
Humpback and Gray Whales annual migration begins in November when the whales come to mate and give birth in the warm shallow lagoons of Baja California.
Humpbacks arrive in November and can be observed breaching and lobtailing often.
The Gray whale migration peaks January -March, they are famous for spy-hopping (popping their heads out of the water) to have a look around.
Our experienced captains know how to spot the whales and get you close enough without disturbing their migration and swimming lessons for their calves.
